from Sunday, March 23, 2003 (evening) to Thursday, March 27, 2003 (afternoon).

This session being the jubilee celebrating the 50th meeting of the
"Lotharingiens", we have added a day to allow for enough time for a
condign celebration. Therefore participants are expected to arrive
for dinner on Sunday and leave after lunch on Thursday.

ACCOMMODATION

We have made reservations for up to 70 persons.  A special 50th-session
banquet will take place at the Domaine for dinner on Tuesday
Indicative rates are the following:

on a double occupancy basis: 280 euros (board, lodging and banquet) for 4 days.

on a single occupancy basis: 310 euros (board, lodging and banquet) for 4 days.

Please note that this rate cannot be reduced for late arrival or early departure.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to take your meals at the Domaine, please indicate
so in the form below. A reduced rate (to be determined) will apply.

SUPPORT

Support will be available from various institutions. It will be used to reduce the accomodation prices.
