PerformanceLongAnimationFrameTiming: firstUIEventTimestamp property

The firstUIEventTimestamp read-only property of the PerformanceLongAnimationFrameTiming interface returns a DOMHighResTimeStamp indicating the time of the first UI event — such as a mouse or keyboard event — to be queued during the current animation frame.
