RTCRemoteOutboundRtpStreamStats: transportId property

The transportId property of the RTCRemoteOutboundRtpStreamStats dictionary is a string that uniquely identifies the object from which the statistics contained in the RTCTransportStats properties in the RTCStatsReport.
